When Jesse graduated with a concentration in Creative Writing, she fully expected to make a living as a full-time novelist, but soon realized this was no way to keep the lights on. So she entered — and fell in love with — the world of marketing as a copywriter and then a creative director. When she took on the role of integrated content manager for a major national brand in 2016, she delved into the world of SEO and launched a blog that grew from zero to 200,000 visitors per month in just over two years. She also became obsessed with helping businesses grow their organic traffic with great content. In her free time, Jesse enjoys reading poolside and listening to history podcasts while doing mindless household chores.

With more than a decade of experience in custom programming and web design, paid advertising and SEO, Aaron has managed hundreds of campaigns for B2B and eCommerce brands. He believes content is the unsung hero of digital marketing and heads up our technical SEO services to help our clients maximize their organic marketing results. Every morning you’ll find him practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which he’s been training in since 2009. When he’s not growing businesses or training, he enjoys spending time with the fam.

There is simply not enough room to adequately enumerate the many talents of Heather Magness, but we’ll try: Not only is she a spreadsheet nerd who loves organizing anything from Asana workflows to content teams, but she’s also an accomplished singer-songwriter who plays the guitar, piano, and banjo. When she’s not using her SEO and writing skills to craft killer content, she records uncannily well-produced music on her iPhone. Even though she’s based in Tampa Bay, you’ll often find her traveling the world.
